ONLINE APPLICATION PROCEDURES

Applications will be accepted from November 1 through February 1, 2012.

Complete Online Application

Upload to the Museum's FTP site 4 to 6 images representing the best examples of your work. Name each image file with your last name and successive numbers. For example: Smith1.jpg, Smith2.jpg, Smith3.jpg, etc. You may also enclose a recent photograph of yourself.

NOTE: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE IMAGES OF PAINTINGS REPRODUCE CORRECTLY THE TONAL VALUES.

You will need to have at least four (4) letters of reference from people who can evaluate your seriousness and character as to responsibility and perseverance, talent, background, and training. These letters may be sent in the form of email attachments, to Anne Morand.

Personal checklist.
We receive many incomplete applications, which are not considered. To insure you have not forgotten something, use this checklist:

    1. Online application filled out completely and submitted.
    2. 4 to 6 images uploaded to Museum's ftp site.
    3. 4 or more letters of reference requested (it is a good idea to check with your references a week before the February 1 deadline).
